The current rate for the conference is $595 USD.
The early rate ends on March 20th, at 11:59PM ET. Register early so you can save almost 15% off—that’s $100!—before Regular Registration kicks in on March 21st!
We also offer a group rate discount and a pay-what-you-can scholarship opportunity (see below).
Registration provides entrance to all conference activities, multiple coffee/tea breaks, refreshments and light bites at both the opening and closing receptions, a mobile workshop of your choice, and a market tour of your choice.
Signing up for Mobile Workshops and Tours: Attendees who have purchased full registration will be able to sign up for Mobile Workshops and Tours starting March 14th on our conference platform, Whova. In the meantime, click here for full descriptions of the mobile workshops and tours, so that you can think about your decisions in advance. Capacities will be limited, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible to secure your top choices!
Whova is our conference hub where you can build out your schedule, network with fellow attendees, and learn about our sponsors. You will be automatically added to Whova when you register, and you will be notified in March when the desktop webpage and mobile app are available to use! Note: Starting March 14th, attendees who have purchased full registration will be able to sign up for Mobile Workshops and Tours on Whova.
If credit card payment is not an option for you, please email IPMC@pps.org to request to pay by invoice (via check or wire transfer). Once your payment is received, we will send instructions on how to register for the conference.
Full refunds, net of transaction fees, will be issued until Friday, May 9, 2024. If you request a refund between May 10 and June 5, 2025, we will provide a refund of 50% of the registration price, net of transaction fees. After June 6, no refunds will be given—sorry!
Group tickets are available if you are interested in registering as a group of three or more, which provides $50 off each ticket at the going rate. We have three rates—early, regular, and late—so the earlier you get your tickets, the more you’ll save!
For those who would like to attend the conference but cannot cover the cost of registration, we are offering a pay-what-you-can application where you can propose what you are able to pay to attend. This amount will not weigh into our review of your application.
You may apply for the pay-what-you-can scholarship by completing this form.
Deadline: March 20, 11:59pm Eastern Time
Please note that as a nonprofit organization with limited funding for scholarships, we will not be able to accept all applications. Any scholarship amount awarded applies directly to the cost of registration fees only. We are unable to offer help with travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
This scholarship application process will prioritize candidates from low- and middle-income countries, as well as people living in vulnerable situations. This includes, but is not limited to, people impacted by racial, ethnic, national, religious, or linguistic discrimination; immigrants and refugees; women; and LGBTQI+ people.
If you have any questions, reach out to us at IPMC@pps.org.
