Registration reminder:
You will be asked to select a mobile workshop and market tour at the time you complete your registration. Click here for full descriptions of the mobile workshops and tours so that you can decide your choices in advance.

Registration provides entrance to all conference activities, multiple coffee/tea breaks, lunch on the first day of the event, refreshments at both the opening reception and closing reception, a mobile workshop of your choice, and a market tour of your choice.


If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please select “Pay by invoice” at registration. Invoices must be paid within 30 days by either check or wire transfer. For a separate receipt, please email after you register.

Refund policy:
Full refunds will be issued until May 8, 2023. If you request a refund between May 9 and June 1, 2023, we will only be able to refund 50% of the registration price. Sorry - no refunds will be given after June 2.

If you are interested in registering as part of a group of three or more people, we are able to offer $50 off each ticket at the current rate. Please contact us at to request a group rate.

Our scholarship application has now closed, the deadline to apply for Round 2 was April 17. We will notify all applicants of their status by email of their status by April 24. Please note that we have very few scholarships to offer in this round, and we do recommend searching for other funding options if you need support to attend the conference.
